Dividing the properties of the late Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin from Kumachal of Lahijan, including his land, farms, and buildings, among his inheritors, as follows: ʻAli Jinab receives two-elevenths of farm land in Kumachal, Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi and his sisters, Halimah and Sarah, receive four-elevenths of their father's land, Mulla Mahmud and his sister, Hajarah Khanum, receive three-elevenths of their father's land, and Karbalayi Mirza Baqir receives two-elevenths of the land. Settlement between Baygum Jan, wife of Sayyid Javad, and Baygum, wife of Sayyid ‘Ali and daughter of Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab, and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, son of Mir Zayn al-‘Abidin Fazuh-ji of Isfahan, exchanging a garden known as Rasti Garden located in the Jurtan Marbin village of Isfahan, twenty-five tumans for the price of the house of Sayyid ‘Ali's wife, and forty-five tumans from another settlement between Sayyid Javad and his wife for two thousand rupees and one hundred units of wheat. The garden was Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab's and had been transferred to his son and his daughter after his death....

Settlement between Zaynab and Zayn al-‘Abidin, 1811
Settlement between Zaynab, daughter of Isma‘il from Khvurasgan Jay, and Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Muhammad Baqir from the same village, exchanging her inherited properties, including a residential building in the same village, located in the Yar ‘Ali neighborhood, known as Aqa Isma‘il's House, and a stable and all its belongings for one hundred dinars and fifty units of wheat in shahi weight. On the margin: "Zaynab agreed to buy the stable, some springs, and the shares of other co-owners and give them to Zayn al-‘Abidin without asking for anything in return."

Marriage contract of Maryam Baygum, daughter of Muhammad Taqi Bazzaz [the textile seller], and ʻAli Muhammad, son of ʻAbd al-Karim from Habibabad. Marriage contract of Zahra and Muhammad Husayn, 1831
Marriage contract of Zahra, daughter of Muhammad Husayn, and Muhammad Husayn, son of the late ʻAli Quli Bayg known as Aqa Baba. The mahr is seventy tumans. The bride settled thirty-five tumans of her mahr with the groom in exchange for one-twelfth of a house, located at Baghkaran neighborhood of Isfahan, and fifteen misqals [unit of weight] of gold. In a note on the margin, dated 27 November 1831, the wife has denied transferring her mahr to the late Ghulam Husayn and claims her mahr.

Sale agreement and settlement, 1902 and 1910
Agreement dated December 11, 1902 between Sakinah, daughter of the late Karbalayi Husayn Muqanni [well-digger] and wife of the late Darvish Husayn, and Darvish Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Muhammad Husayn, selling parts of a building in the Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood for twelve tumans, and a settlement dated August 10, 1910 between Sakinah and her son, Darvish Husayn, exchanging all of her belongings, except her clothes, which belong to her daughter, for one hundred dinars and one charik of wheat.
